How do I Tell My Boss that I Want Her to Increase My Salary?
I am a girl in my early twenties and I work in a small organisation. I live with my boss who is a woman. I am quite hardworking and smart too and this has earned me the respect of my colleagues and boss. I love my job and I enjoy doing it.
The problem is that when my uncle brought me to my boss for employment, she had told me that she would open an account for me where my salary will be paid, which she did.
However the pay I receive is not commensurate with the work I do especially when I discovered that other staff of the company are better paid than I am.
My boss is a nice lady and does not maltreat me in anyway. What I need your advice on is how to go about discussing this matter with her so that I dont seem to be an ingrate and even loose my job. please help me.

You will just have to approach her politely and plead with her not be offended in with what you want to tell her and that you feel you should get a pay raise, I think that’s the best and only thing you could do.
